Our Mission & Journey

Our journey began in 2007 with a deep-seated passion to spread the universal light of knowledge and build a unique home for academic thought. The first cornerstone of this enduring story was laid when our flagship journal, the Journal of Neurophilosophy (JNP), was officially granted its ISSN. Although it took its vibrant and formal steps into the global publishing life somewhat later in 2022, it has since established an unshakeable presence in the scientific world through a steady, rigorous, and regular publication policy.

Over the course of time, this literary and scientific adventure—born from a single spark—has blossomed into a vast ocean of ideas where interdisciplinary bridges are continually built, powered today by a growing constellation of new, vibrant journals. Guided by a profound sense of responsibility toward our past and an innovative vision stretching into the future, we continue to expand the horizons of science hand in hand.

Fully Open Access

All journals published by AnKa Publisher follow a fully Open Access publishing model.

Published articles are freely available online to readers immediately upon publication. Readers do not require a subscription or institutional access to read the scholarly content published through our journals.

Our Open Access approach is founded on the principle that knowledge should be accessible beyond institutional, financial, and geographical boundaries.

By removing access barriers, we aim to increase the visibility, discoverability, and potential impact of scholarly research while facilitating the wider exchange and reuse of knowledge.

Continuous Publication

AnKa Publisher follows a Continuous Publication model designed to accelerate the dissemination of scholarly research.

Articles are published online as soon as they have successfully completed peer review, editorial evaluation, and production, without requiring authors to wait for a scheduled issue or publication date.

This approach reduces unnecessary delays between acceptance and publication and allows new research to become available to the scholarly community as soon as it is ready. Each article is formally published as part of the journal's ongoing scholarly record, with its final bibliographic information and permanent publication status.
